VIETNAM AIRLINES TO LAUNCH NEW PROCESS FOR ONLINE CHECK-IN
The new regulation will be applied to passengers without checked baggage and without accompanied guest to Business Lounge (*), on domestic flights departed from Noi Bai, Da Nang and Tan Son Nhat airport.
Passengers can utilise the online check-in facility for seat selection, printing of an airline boarding pass or sending a copy of the boarding pass to email address.
Once completed with the online procedures, passengers will need to present the boarding pass and personal identification at security. Online check-in is available 24 to 2 hours prior to flight departure time.
(*) Please, Platinum and Gold members obtain Business Lounge invitation card for accompanied guests at check-in counters as current procedure (Platinum can invite one guest; and Platinum and Gold can redeem miles for one guest to access to Business Lounge).
